Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy establishes the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of visitors to globalr.ru.

Data controller: Limited Liability Company GLOBAL RESOURCE LLC (ООО ГЛОБАЛ РЕСУРС), INN 5032399443, OGRN/OGRNIP 1265000043868, registered address: 46 Molodezhnaya Street, Odintsovo, Moscow Region 143007, email for enquiries: info@globalr.ru.

2. Personal data processed

  • name;
  • telephone number;
  • email address;
  • company name;
  • required number of employees;
  • request text;
  • technical data required for security and submission verification: date and time, IP address, page address and browser information.

3. Purposes of processing

  • receiving and reviewing the request;
  • contacting the applicant;
  • preparing a consultation or commercial proposal;
  • protecting the form from automated or abusive submissions;
  • recording that consent has been given.

4. Legal basis

Personal data is processed on the basis of the user's separate consent. If a contract is subsequently concluded, processing may continue on other grounds provided by law.

5. Processing operations

The Data Controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, use, transfer data to parties processing it on the Controller's instructions, block, erase and destroy the data. The data is not made available to an unlimited group of persons.

6. Storage and transfer

The initial collection and storage of Russian citizens' personal data must use databases located within the Russian Federation.

Processing may be entrusted to Timeweb JSC. Email is processed by the Data Controller using its own Mail-in-a-Box server at mail.globalr.ru; no third-party email service provider is engaged. The website is hosted by the Russian hosting provider Timeweb JSC. Agreements with such parties must provide for confidentiality and the necessary safeguards.

7. Retention period

Request data is processed until the purpose of the enquiry has been fulfilled and for no longer than 90 calendar days after communication ends, unless a longer retention period is required by law or contract. On expiry, the data must be erased or destroyed.

8. Data security

The Data Controller takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, blocking, copying, provision and destruction.

9. User rights

Users may request information about data processing, require data to be corrected, blocked or erased, and withdraw consent by writing to info@globalr.ru. The request must include information sufficient to identify the applicant and the relevant enquiry.

10. Changes to this Policy

The Data Controller may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
