Consent to Personal Data Processing

By selecting the separate checkbox in the enquiry form on globalr.ru and clicking ‘Submit request’, the user freely and voluntarily gives consent to the following Data Controller:

Limited Liability Company GLOBAL RESOURCE LLC (ООО ГЛОБАЛ РЕСУРС), INN 5032399443, OGRN/OGRNIP 1265000043868, registered address: 46 Molodezhnaya Street, Odintsovo, Moscow Region 143007, to process the user's personal data.

1. Categories of data

Name, telephone number, email address, company name, required number of employees, request text, submission date and time, IP address, page address and browser information.

2. Purposes

Reviewing the request, contacting the applicant, preparing a consultation or commercial proposal, protecting the form from abuse and recording that consent has been given.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to parties processing data on the Controller's instructions, blocking, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.

4. Parties involved in processing

Personal data is not transferred to a separate email service provider. Enquiries are delivered through the Data Controller's own Mail-in-a-Box server at mail.globalr.ru. The website hosting provider may technically process personal data to the extent required for the website to operate.

5. Duration

Consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been fulfilled, but for no longer than 90 calendar days after communication ends unless a different period is required by law or contract.

6. Withdrawal of consent

Consent may be withdrawn by writing to info@globalr.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received. The Data Controller may continue processing without consent where permitted by Russian law.

The checkbox in the form applies only to this Consent and is not combined with acknowledgement of any other documents.
